SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left, if you are not at home, the sole responsibility is yours.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday (Working Days).

2.  DELIVERY

We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £75.

3. TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within UK automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact us.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected also depending on your location.

5. UK SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATE

We will arrange delivery of each of your items in the quickest manner possible. This may mean that your order arrives in multiple parcels by multiple carriers.

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

If you decide that your Fashion5678 product isn't for you, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if they are in new condition, with tags, in their original packaging and are unwashed. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products, in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Fashion5678 cannot accept returns for any reason.

1. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

  1. If received item is faulty/defective.

  2. Product doesn’t meet the mentioned specification or quality.

  3. Product must be unused & in the same condition.

  4. Product must be in the original packaging.

  5. Accepted Reasons for Return.

2. IN CASE OF RETURN

  1. You need to return the product to mentioned address on invoice.

  2. You need to bear the expense of returned shipment.

  3. After receiving, inspection & approval for return.

  4. Fashion5678 will proceed your payment.

  5. Payment process time is 7-10 days.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

4. IN CASE OF REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

5. COLOUR RETURN POLICY

We photo most of our items in house and a few by experts, and strive to ensure that pictures are right. The shades of colour can differ incredibly from one screen to another and we can't be considered liable for these differences. 

Even though, if you still have a problem with the colours of the products, please contact us, we will give a valiant effort to work through this with you, in any case, if are not content with shading, this would be regarded as a Change of Mind Policy.

6. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy in any circumstances.

7. SALE PRODUCTS

Any Products on sale or clearance are not refundable or exchangeable.
